Students left the school building at 1:15 on September 29 to practice an evacuation to a secondary location (LDS church house at 222 South 100 East in Nephi). This was a good way to train faculty, students, and parents in the event we do have an actual emergency. The safety of our students is a high priority and we want them to feel safe and secure in the case that there is a real emergency and it becomes necessary to relocate. Thank you for your cooperation as we completed this drill. We know it took you away from normal routines, but educating you as parents about what will happen in an emergency is just as important as educating the children.
